  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and the packaging is still intact.

  • Returns are requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to process your return.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.


🔁 Exchanges
